Can't remember your log in information? Enter the email you registered with and hit Continue. Click Send me a magic link. This will email you a link to log into the app with.

System Check

To make sure your system is ready for AIHA Connect 2024, take the following steps:

If using the web app make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome (and other Chromium-based browsers) or Mozilla Firefox.

If you are using a mobile device make sure it has the following requirements
- Android
  Requires Android 9.0 and up (we recommend using a newer version, due to possible phone limitations).
- iOS
  Requires iOS 15.0 or later to install and run the AIHA Connect app.
- macOS
  Requires macOS 10.1 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip.
A broadband network connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps is recommended.

For the best streaming experience, clear your cache before joining the event. Close all other tabs, browsers, windows, or programs. Use an ethernet cord instead of WiFi whenever possible. If you have any issues, please reach out to our platform provider.

Troubleshooting Tips for the Web App

Here you will find simple fixes for the most common technical issues. Stop at any step where the issue is resolved.

If you are logged into your account and certain features are not working properly, please try the following:

Make sure you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as a browser (and that you have the latest version installed).
Clear your cache and cookies.
Turn off any pop-up blockers and/or VPN’s.
Try to access the platform via an incognito Google Chrome tab
Ensure that you see your name in the top right corner of the page and not “login”
To log into your account and the event, you will need to do so via login.swapcard.com. You will need to enter the email used for registration and the password you defined when logging in for the first time.
If you are still having problems, please contact the Help Desk or contact app support. To contact app support, activate the dropdown menu under your name on the top right corner of the screen and click on Contact app support.

AIHA Connect OnDemand

AIHA Connect OnDemand offers you online access, post-conference, to presentations you may have missed. Simply access OnDemand through your computer, tablet, or smartphone whenever it suits your schedule.

AIHA Connect OnDemand is included in all full conference registrations. One-day registrations receive OnDemand access to recordings of sessions on that day. Exhibit booth personnel, Exhibitor guest, and PDC only registrations do not include OnDemand.
AIHA Connect OnDemand includes slide and audio recordings* of education sessions.
Recordings are available mid-June through the end of 2024.
Additional credit can be claimed for OnDemand participation (the average number of contact hours featured in OnDemand is 90!)
When recordings are posted, you will be emailed detailed instructions for accessing the recordings and submitting for credit.
