All exhibitors must provide proof of insurance.

- Comprehensive General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 annual aggregate
- Policy must cover dates: May 30 – June 3, 2026
- Must name Additional Insureds: American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Shepard Exposition Services, and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents

Maritz Global Events is the official hotel and registration vendor.
Hotel scammers and list-sellers are relentless. Both are an industry-wide issue, which contributed to the 2024 enactment of the FTC’s Government and Business Impersonation Rule (source). Be aware and report when possible.
