Call for PDC Monitors
Monitors assist with administering the in-person AIHA Connect Professional Development Courses (PDCs). As a monitor, you will be responsible for attendee sign-in, course announcements, and assisting the instructor as needed. In return for your assistance, AIHA will waive your PDC registration fee.
Assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit your request using the form below. You will receive an email confirmation of your assignment and registration code once confirmed. AIHA will send confirmations after January 5, 2026. PDC Monitors are required to attend the course they are monitoring in person.
All assigned monitors must:
- Be an active 2026 AIHA member
- Attend an orientation session in the Speaker Ready Room on-site in the Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Convention Center.
- Saturday, May 30: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m. CDT
- Sunday, May 31: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m. CDT
- Thursday, June 4: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m. CDT
*AIHA reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment and/or instructor schedule conflict. AIHA will make decisions regarding cancellations by April 1, 2026. Unfortunately, if a course is canceled, AIHA cannot guarantee an alternate monitoring assignment.
