Confined Spaces/High-Work Rescue Demonstrations: Returning in 2027! Join us for live, hands-on demonstrations of confined spaces and high-work rescue scenarios. Presentation schedule and details about the demonstrations coming in 2027.
Innovation Stations: These presentations are your chance to learn about the equipment, instrumentation, technology, and cutting-edge innovations being developed by exhibitors. You'll be able to view the schedule in early 2027. All Innovation Station sessions will be live-streamed to the virtual audience and available OnDemand.
AIHA Booth: Learn about the latest AIHA products and member benefits by visiting with the AIHA team or attending presentations (schedule and topics coming in Spring 2027).
The AIHA Booth is cashless. Please bring a valid credit card for all purchases (books and other materials, Fun Run pins/donations, and membership fees).
Nexus Lounge: Network, learn, and relax in this lounge specifically designed for students and early career professionals. The Students/ECP education track will be held in the Nexus, featuring education for and by students and early career professionals.
Posters: Discover the latest research on OEHS issues throughout the conference and engage directly with the authors during three author attend times.

Visit the Booths: Walk the expo floor and connect with our exhibitors. Plan in advance and review the floor plan and exhibitor directory.
Expand Your Network and Connect With Colleagues
Food & Beverage Areas: Purchase a quick-service lunch to enjoy with colleagues at one of the food carts or grab a snack on us during one of our morning and afternoon breaks.
Activation Areas: Use these areas to rest, recharge, and collaborate. Activations include: a Bark Park (puppy petting), hospital art painting projects, Houston food and beverage tastings, and more!
Monday Night Networking Reception: This annual networking tradition gets the night started with some hors d'oeuvres and a free drink!
