Taxis

Taxis pick up passengers in a dedicated taxi loading zone on the Arrivals Curb outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim Door 7.

Taxi rides cost $36.00 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) or French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to two (2) passengers. For three (3) or more passengers, the fare will be $15.00 per passenger.

Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, KREWECAR)

Ride app services pick up passengers outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim on the middle curb.

Public Transportation

Avoid parking and traffic by utilizing public transit to and from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Service to New Orleans from the airport is available via the Jefferson Transit Authority (JET) and the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA).  Bus service is available from Level 1 Baggage Claim outside Door 2, Zones B4 and B5.

AIHA Connect will take place in Hall I2. The closest parking lots are F and G. The current daily parking rate is $23.00 per vehicle and $42.00 per oversized vehicle with no in-and-out privileges. It is a cashless venue, and parking fees are paid through the ParkMobile app.

To Parking Lot F:

From I-10:

1. Take US-90 Bus/Westbank (Exit 234A from I-10W or Exit 234C from I-10E) to Exit 11 Tchoupitoulas/S. Peters St.
2. Stay straight onto Calliope Street.
3. Take a right turn at S. Peters Street. The entrance to the parking lot is available directly ahead. Taxis and Rideshares can access the Taxi Rideshare Zone to the left.

From Convention Center Boulevard

1. From either direction, make a turn onto Calliope St., parallel to Hall F.
2. The entrance to the parking lot is available directly ahead. Taxis and Rideshares can access the Taxi Rideshare Zone to the left.

To Parking Lot G:

From I-10:

1. Take US-90 Bus/Westbank (Exit 234A from I-10W or Exit 234C from I-10E) to Exit 11 Tchoupitoulas/S. Peters St.
2. Keep right onto Tchoupitoulas St.
3. Take a left turn at Tchoupitoulas St./Henderson St.
4. Make a U-turn when you reach the Convention Center Boulevard/Henderson Street intersection. The entrance to Lot G will be on the right.

From Convention Center Boulevard:

1. Take a right turn onto Henderson St. Lot G will be on the right.
