New Exhibitor EXCLUSIVE

New exhibitors have the EXCLUSIVE advantage of exhibiting in the New Exhibitor Pavilion located in the front of the Exhibit Hall. First-time exhibitors can reserve one of these highly sought-after spaces without having to accumulate priority points from participating in prior shows. These spaces are considered "Premium" space options and are based on availability. 

To secure a booth in the New Exhibitor Pavilion (based on availability), please complete the Exhibitor Interest Form.

Securing Your Booth

• Please complete our Exhibitor Interest Form.
• AIHA CONNECT Show Management will contact you within 24 business hours.

• Activities and presentations in the AIHA booth
• New Exhibitor Pavilion

• A variety of demonstrations and interactive activities throughout each day

• Monday night networking reception

FREEsources​: Attract More Attendees to Your Booth​

• Update your company description. Be sure to include keywords attendees may use when reviewing the online Exhibitor Directory.
• Select up to ten (10) product categories.
• Share your booth location and/or online listing (showroom) via your social media platforms with convenient links.
• Search for and invite attendees to your booth via the mobile app.
• Invite prospects to visit your booth using the Expo Guest Pass Program (Details Coming in December).

On or before March 8, 2024:

• 50% of the total booth fee is due with the application
  If paying by check, payment​ is due within 10 business days of application submission

• Final balance is due March 8, 2024

After March 8, 2024:

• Full payment is due with application
  If paying by check, payment is due within 10 business days of application submission

Be cautious if dealing with any housing companies or services that imply or claim an affiliation with AIHA CONNECT other than Maritz, the official AIHA CONNECT housing company. Unauthorized travel companies are often illegitimate, and most do not deliver as promised. Reservations made through an agency other than Maritz will be at your own risk.
