Innovation Station Sessions

• Length: 25 minutes for presentation and Q&A
  
• Held in the Innovation Station Pavilion in the Expo Hall throughout the week
• Maximum capacity: 80 attendees. 
• Includes AV package: laptop, projector, screen, audio for up to two presenters
  
• No formal review process is required to be accepted
• The deadline to apply and submit presentation details has been extended to April 8, 2024.
• Assigned dates and times are confirmed after the completed application with payment is received.
• Presentations can be educational or product-focused.
• $850 per session slot.
  
• The price includes the option to submit a pre-recorded version of your presentation that we will offer via the virtual platform for our virtual audience.
• Each session is pointable in the Pathway Passport Game and an opt-in lead list can be shared with participating sponsors after the event.
  
• The pre-recorded sessions are not included in the On-Demand Package available to registered attendees after the conference
• Sponsors will receive recognition as Innovation Station participants via the website, online searchable agenda, the mobile app / virtual platform, the Final Program Guide, social media, and onsite signage.

Innovation Station presentation ideas:

• Physical demonstrations of your equipment, instrumentation, technology, research development, or other materials
• Teaching attendees a new skill or application
• Showing attendees how your product and/or service can solve a workplace problem or issue

Presentations are limited to 25 minutes. Due to the strict time and space constraints, presentations are limited to a maximum of two (2) presenters.
