• Continuous sessions in the Expo Hall throughout the week
• Length: 25 minutes for presentation and Q&A
  
• Innovation Station Pavilion capacity: 80 attendees
• Includes AV Package: laptop, projector, screen, audio for up to two presenters
  
• No formal review process is required to be accepted
• The deadline to apply and submit presentation details is March 31, 2025.
• Requested dates and times are confirmed after the completed application with payment is received.
• Presentations can be educational or product-focused.
• $1,500 per livestreamed session, $1,000 for in-person sessions
  
• Each session is pointable in the CONNECTzone Pathway Game, and an opt-in attendee list can be shared with participating sponsors after the event upon request.
• The livestreamed sessions will be broadcast to virtual attendees and recorded for inclusion in the AIHA Connect OnDemand Program for future viewing.
• Sponsors will receive recognition as Innovation Station participants via the website, online agenda, the mobile app/virtual platform, the Final Program, social media, and on-site signage.

Innovation Station presentation ideas:

• Demonstrate your equipment, instrumentation, technology, research development, or other content
• Teach attendees a new skill or application
• Partner with a customer and show attendees how your product improved a process or solved a workplace challenge

Presentations are limited to 25 minutes. Due to the strict time and space constraints, presentations are limited to a maximum of two (2) presenters.
