Learning Pavilion Sessions

• Length: 60-minutes
  
• Hosted in a private session room, Learning Pavilion presentations are promoted as part of the regular education program.
• Maximum capacity: 60 attendees
• Includes an AV package: laptop, projector, screen, and audio for up to three presenters. Presenters should bring their presentation pre-loaded on a USB flash drive
• Final session application, presentation details, and speaker information is due by April 1, 2024.
• Confirmed date/time will be assigned in the order the applications were submitted.
  
• Our members and attendees have indicated their preference that these be strictly educational. If you are seeking an opportunity to present a product demo or similar, please apply for an Innovation Station Session.
  
• $5,000 fee, includes dedicated promotion and marketing, an advance mailing list of registered conference attendees, a refreshment break, and an "opted-in" lead list of attendees with full contact details.
• Sponsors who choose to also submit a pre-recorded version will be included in the virtual program and the post-conference On-Demand package.
  
• Sponsors will receive promotion as a Learning Pavilion participant via the website, online searchable agenda, the mobile app / virtual platform, the Final Program Guide, social media, and onsite signage.
  

Learning Pavilion presentation ideas:

• Unveil your most recent research and development, technology, and case studies that address the daily challenges faced by our profession.
• Partner with a client/user to discuss how your research or technology provided a solution to a real-time workplace issue.
