Exhibitor Registration and
Badges

Badge registration and housing (hotel rooms) are linked together. One must be registered to secure a hotel room.

Exhibitors receive the following complimentary badges with their booth based on booth size:

Exhibitor Full Conference Badges

• Two (2) for a 10’ x 10’ booth
• Three (3) for a 10’ x 20’ booth
• Four (4) for 300+ square feet

Additional Exhibitor Full Conference Badges above the allotment are at prevailing rates and eligible for the Stay and Save Discount.*

*Connect 2024 Exhibitor Full Conference registrations above the complimentary allotment will be discounted $200 for exhibitors booking housing in the official Connect 2024 housing block. The deadline to book a hotel reservation is May 1, 2024. After this date, discounted registration rates no longer apply. If the registrant books housing in the official AIHA Connect 2024 housing block and later cancels their reservation, the additional $200 USD registration fee will be automatically charged.

Exhibit staff who live within 30 miles of the Greater Columbus Convention Center and plan to commute to AIHA Connect are exempt from the increased registration fee.

Exhibitor Full Conference Badges receive access to both the expo hall and the full conference including:

• General sessions (Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon)
• All Connect 2024 education sessions (Monday through Wednesday)
• The Expo Hall Networking Reception (Monday afternoon)
• Opportunity to earn up to 18 contact hours
  
• OnDemand access to all authorized education sessions, valid through December 2024

PDCs and other optional events may be purchased for additional fees.

Exhibit Only – Booth Personnel Badges

• Three (3) per 10’ x 10’ booth (100 square feet)
  Ex: Three (3) for a 10’ x 10’; Six (6) for a 10’ x 20’; Twelve (12) for a 20’ x 20’

Additional Exhibit Only/Booth Personnel Badges are $200 per badge and are eligible for the Stay and Save Discount of $100 per badge*

*Exhibit Only/Booth Personnel Badges above the booth allotment will be discounted $100 for exhibit staff who book housing in the official Connect 2024 housing block. The deadline to book a hotel reservation is May 1, 2024. After this date, the discounted rate no longer applies. If the exhibit staff book housing in the official AIHA Connect 2024 housing block and later cancel their reservation, the additional $100 USD registration fee will be automatically charged.

NOTICE: All Exhibit Only/Booth Personnel above the allotment who register on-site will be charged $250.

Exhibit Only Booth Personnel Badges have access to:

• Entrance to Expo Hall for move-in and move-out
• Entrance to Expo Hall one (1) hour before the Expo Hall opens daily to Connect 2024 attendees
• Expo Hall during posted hours each day
• Monday evening Expo Hall Networking Reception

Exhibit Only/Booth Personnel Badges do not have access to attend General Sessions, Education Sessions, Pop-Ups, or other Connect 2024 activities; however, the Fun Run and other optional events may be purchased for additional fees.

Be cautious if dealing with any housing companies or services that imply or claim an affiliation with AIHA Connect 2024 other than Maritz Global Events, the official AIHA Connect housing company. Be vigilant when dealing with an unauthorized travel company as many are not legitimate companies and most do not deliver as promised. Reservations made through an agency other than Maritz Global Events will be at your own risk. We recommend reviewing the list of ​Official AIHA Connect Publications and Contractors before responding to any solicitations you may receive.

Maritz Global Events is the official housing provider for AIHA Connect 2024. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AIHA or Maritz Global Events.
