Thank you for volunteering to serve as a technical reviewer. As a technical reviewer, you serve as a subject matter expert reviewing education proposal submissions to ensure they are scientifically sound, innovative, and relevant to the profession. The review process is blind, and no submitter information is shared. Your feedback assists the Continuing Education Committee (CEC) and Conference Program Committee (CPC) in selecting the AIHA Connect 2026 education program.

Process
To begin, log in HERE. Use your regular AIHA login. If you forgot your login, click Get It Now.
After logging into the review site, utilize these review instructions to assist you in answering the review questions for your assigned proposals:
Time Commitment and Deadlines
The review will be completed entirely online between September 15-29, 2025. The time commitment, per proposal, is approximately 15-20 minutes and will vary based on the number of submissions received in each topic area. Most topics will have five (5) to ten (10) proposals, while more popular topics could have as many as 45-55 reviews to complete. The exact number of proposals per reviewer is not known until after the submission deadline of September 10, 2025.
All technical reviews must be completed by September 29, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. This deadline cannot be extended.
Technical Reviewer Town Hall
On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, AIHA hosted a Town Hall for Technical Reviewers to discuss the technical review process and answer questions. The recording of this Town Hall can be accessed here after August 27.
